To name the thing most often heard on a wedding day, it’s “Where are my bridesmaids, aren’t they supposed to help me?!”

Hindsight is 20/20. Too often, brides rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding.  By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest and will end up feeling like “event staff.”

Wedding Planners & Coordinators have a very tasking role to play on and before a wedding day. There is a common misconception that a wedding coordinator is supposed to be at the bride’s side most the day. This is not the case, as they are busily about making every other aspect of their day perfect.

This is where Bride Assist comes in!

It’s the sole responsibility of Bride Assist to be on scene to assist the bride with whatever situation may arise. Anything from holding her train as she walks from location to location – to finding the bouquets & pinning boutonnieres on the groomsmen – to running to fetch her lipstick, water, glass of wine, or beer – to intercepting phone calls & problem solving. Think of us as your personal assistant. Bride Assist will be there!

$59 per hour (max 3 hours)

Bride Assist Pro

It’s advantageous to your wedding experience to have someone that’s associated with your photographer work on the development of the picture timeline and choreography of your ceremony. Picture timelines are best created by the photographer in the same way that reception timelines are best created by your DJ. The benefits are not limited to sensible timing and a nice flow, but factors such as best lighting and time of day for pictures are considered. We correspond directly with your photographer and DJ/MC to harmonize the flow of events with pictures.

Picture & Reception Timeline Creation, Rehearsal Ceremony Choreography, Day-of Bride Assist: Up to 7 hours
